Ingredients of the highest quality are the foundation for the excellent taste of the Salzburg Mozartkugel. The fine nougat kernel is surrounded by marzipan, which is made from fresh pistachios and almonds and is finally covered by a layer of the finest dark chocolate.

In production, the use of palm oil is deliberately avoided – out of conviction and with the claim to use only the best ingredients. Alcohol is also not used in the recipe to enable an intercultural and intergenerational enjoyment.

The Salzburg Mozartkugel is weekly freshly produced.
