Highest quality ingredients are the basis for the excellent taste of the genuine Salzburg Mozartkugel. The fine nougat kernel is surrounded by marzipan, which is made from fresh pistachios and almonds and is finally covered by a layer of the finest dark chocolate.

In production, the use of palm oil is deliberately avoided – out of conviction and with the claim to use only the best ingredients. Alcohol is also not used in the recipe to enable an intercultural and intergenerational enjoyment.

The genuine Salzburg Mozartkugel is freshly produced weekly.

Minimum 52% cocoa solids. Ingredients: Sugar, almonds, cocoa mass and cocoa butter, hazelnuts, pistachios, clarified butter, lactose, flavorings, soy lecithin, skimmed milk powder, lactose, whole milk powder, barley malt extract. Alcohol-free! Storage temperature: 14-22°C
